Drills, stories, behind the scenes content, and instructional videos are available anytime, anywhere on your smartphone, personal computer, and other streaming media players.

You'll learn world-class technique for all strokes in the game, off court preparation and fitness regimens, mental strategies to get you through tough matches, and lots more so you finish on top.

All TopCourt memberships include unlimited streaming, high-definition videos, and special rewards for getting started.

• Additional exclusive tennis experiences are available through our TopCourt Gold membership to get you closer to the game than ever before.

At the moment, we only offer an annual billing option for our membership. This is to ensure that you don’t miss out on any of the new exciting content, features, or experiences that we’re continually adding to the platform.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for memberships purchased after the 14 day free trial. If you choose to deactivate your account after your free trial expires, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle.

In the event, you decide to not continue with your membership, you can follow the steps below. You will retain access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, should you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.

• Go to the top right hand corner of the page, and click on the ‘Person Icon’

• Go to Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the ‘Deactivate Account’ button

• Once you select that button, you’ll be asked for some feedback as to why you’d like to deactivate your account

• Once you fill in your feedback, select ‘Continue Deactivating’.

• You’ll then be taken to another page outlining the upcoming content to be released on the platform, from there, select “Continue Deactivating'

• You’ll then be taken to a final page asking if you would like one of your members on staff to reach out to you directly before deactivating your account. If this is not something you’re interested in, make sure to select “No, Deactivate Me”.

• Upon deactivating your account, you will receive email confirmation of this action. If you do not see an email confirming the deactivation of your account, your account may still be active.

• In order to access your account, you’ll need to log in through the method you utilized to sign up for an account. This means if you signed up with a Google account, then you will need to login using that same “Sign in with Google” button. The same goes for Facebook, and a stand alone email.

• If you can’t remember your login to your Google or Facebook account, you’ll need to reset your password with those services, before logging into your TopCourt account.

• If you used an email to sign up for your TopCourt account, please utilize the “Forgot My Password” link on the sign in page. An email will be sent to your associated email address, where you can click on a unique link to update your password.

In order to deactivate your account, you’ll need to follow the steps below.

• Go to the top right hand corner of the page, and click on the ‘Person Icon’

Email Login:

• To reset your password, go to the Login page, located in the upper right hand corner of the platform.

• At the bottom of the Login page, you’ll see a link to reset your password, labeled “Forgot Your Password?”.

• Once you click on “Forgot Your Password?”, you’ll be prompted to enter the email associated with your account.

• In the event you receive an error message when submitting the email associated with your account, it either means you used another email to sign up for your account, or used the Google or Facebook portal to create your account. In the event you used the Google or Facebook portal to create an account - see the instructions below under’ Google Login’ or ‘Facebook Login’.

• Once you’ve submitted the correct email address, an email will then be sent to you with a unique link to reset your password.

• Once you reset your password, you’ll be prompted to login to the platform using your new password. Then you’re all set!

Google Login:

• If you used the “Sign Up with Google” portal to create your account, you will need to utilize this same portal when logging into your TopCourt Account.

• On the Login page, click the “Log In with Google” button, selecting the email address associated with your account.

• You’ll then login to your google account, and be redirected to gain access to your TopCourt account!

• In the event you can’t remember your password for your Google Account, you will need to reset your password with Google, not TopCourt.

Facebook Login:

• If you used the “Sign Up with Facebook” portal to create your account, you will need to utilize this same portal when logging into your TopCourt Account.

• On the Login page, click the “Log In with Facebook” button, selecting the email address associated with your account.

• You’ll then login to your Facebook account, and be redirected to gain access to your TopCourt account!

• In the event you can’t remember your password, you will need to reset your password with Facebook, not TopCourt.

In this scenario, you either used a different email to sign up for your account, or you used one of our 3rd party services (Google or Facebook) to create an account. If you used a 3rd party service to sign up for an account, you’ll need to reset your password on their platform and then come back and sign into your TopCourt account.
